Chaos and Disorder Disappear

During the Narconon program, students work through a series of mental exercises called Objectives to help extrovert their attention and help them become stable and able to focus on the present.

One student, experienced this big change while going through this step of the program:

Today was my second time doing this drill and I didn’t expect much from it. I thought I got all the benefits of it yesterday, but I was wrong.
“I realized when I’m living a good, normal life and suddenly a change happens that I don’t expect, I don’t know how to handle it. I tend to fall under peer pressure in these situations. I learned I need to know how to better handle sudden changes in life.
“Out of nowhere I realized that in order to maintain a happy life, like I feel now. It is important to have order and routine in each and every day of my life. When I don’t have routine and order, I tend to live my life in chaos.
“ Chaos and disorder never brought happiness in my life.”
