I Felt Like I Was Releasing Myself from Prison

Today, while I was writing all of the harmful acts I had done in the past to myself, my family and my friends, all of a sudden I had through my head thousands of pictures from those acts. I started to be nervous and I started to be in sort of panic, some discomfort feeling.

Discomfort feeling because the awareness of how much damage I’ve done in the past. I was unable to continue to write.

My biggest WIN is that I confronted all my harmful acts and I continued writing.

And the next moment I felt like was releasing myself from prison and I have now stepped forward in to a beautiful place.

From all of this, I realized one thing ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING:  “The truth hurts when you share it, but that hurt is short and momentary—and if you dont, it will hurt forever.”
