Life is now easy

When I started with these drills I really didn’t know what to expect from them. I only knew that they would help me to become more aware of the environment and that I would become more in present time.

These drills, at first look, were very simple, but when I started with these drills my eyes opened up. It became clearer to me what the point of these drills are.

A long time ago, it was a huge problem for me to confront my problems, but with the help from these drills I figured out that it will be easier for me if I confront my problems and in this way it will be much easier for me to solve all my problems.

Now that I know this is not helping me at all, just is making my situation worse, I should never again leave my problems left unsolved.
