My Biggest Win: “Not Afraid to Look Him in the Eyes”

Father and son

The drill Confronting was a little strange at the beginning. But with each day that passed, my opinion of it changed: first it looked a little scary, I didn’t think I could do it, and after I had completed the drill, it gave me more self-respect.

Day by day, I learned to be stronger than the reactions I was experiencing and to not let them control me. Having made it through all of the reactions, I now feel like I'm on top of the world.

Also, I feel that I can say that this drill raised my awareness. When I'm in conversations, I see that I am more focused.

And the biggest WIN I feel that I got from this drill is that my CONFRONT is better. I this noticed with my father, I was not afraid to tell him the truth, to look him in the eyes.

All this made me want a truthful relationship with everybody, something that I haven't had for a long time.
