First Step, Big Win

I just completed the sauna, and the first thing I want to say is that I’m very happy for myself. I feel very clean. I’ve started to observe things more closely and from different perspectives. I can state with complete confidence that the physical and health condition I’ve achieved now is something that I’ve never had at any point in my life.

many abilities.”

This experience is one I will never forget, and I’ll share it with pride in the future. It was filled with happy moments as well as challenging ones. But with my determination and the care and support of the entire staff, I persevered. Completing the sauna was a big win for me. I understand myself better now and have gained many abilities.
