My wins from the Detox Program

I started detox a month ago. In the beginning, I was not feeling good. I was over thinking, not eating well and especially my sleeping was not so good. I had bad dreams and over thinking the past. Also, another thing was—I was lazy, I didn’t want to move around much. I didn’t like to work or exercise. But after a couple of weeks, I started to see changes, like: I started sleeping better, I had more energy, I was running better. I felt more alive and life looked more real to me and I cared more about everything and I liked the new me.

Another thing that was a big win is I don’t have stress on my mind or to get bored, I just do things better now and I don’t get mad anymore.
