During the Personal Values course, I wrote down my harmful actions, which is not that easy as it sounds. I had to go back and look at my life and describe the actions I did. And, while doing this, I could see clearly what actions pulled me down and what actions lifted me up.

Today I learned a lot of things, or better to say I reinforced my knowledge . Some things I thought I knew, but I didn’t really. I knew that I was going to need this in my life, but still, I had some minor thoughts that I knew these things from before.
