It’s a beautiful thing to be this comfortable and in the moment. Being able to sit comfortably in my own space and consciously feeling the wall (the presence of it) next to me or the person in front of me, being able to take in every sound around me clearly but without trying to listen or focus anywhere. Perceiving everything around with all my senses and still comfortably just being there.
