I'm no longer the lost girl that I used to be

 

My success with the last Objective drill is that I feel happy that I experienced, realized and remembered about my problems before coming to Narconon. I went to psychologist to help me deal with my problems and I am glad that then I refused his help, which was taking pills according to a scheme, and now I know the truth about them and how much harmful they are.

I realized that I had to look for the balance in myself between the body and the mind. I have to take care of them and to be aware about the situations I encounter, I need to deal with them so that my body and mind will continue to function normally and not to get sick. I realized that my body and my mind are mine property, and only I can control them, change them, and keep them strong. I am able to put all my work and attention into getting improvement and I am happy that my body is functioning normally and my mind is powerful, which means that I am healthy after all and I will be able to fulfill all the desires and goals I have for my new life.

I saw how before I came here I thought that my life is hell and I wasn’t able to change anything, but now I know that in order to be successful I have to be strong and to give up all the things that don't bring me good in everyday life. I realized that in order to be happy I only need what I have inside. In my surrounding I can only enjoy, use and contribute with something. To be able to reject things grants me freedom, liberty and the ability to live in the world around me with objects and people without being overwhelmed or attached to them and feeling trapped.

By completing the Objectives I became more able to take care of myself, I feel more mature, more responsible, and more stable than before. I know I’m in my place, I know where I am, where I’m going and what I want to do, and I’m no longer the lost girl that I was while taking drugs. I know that Narconon helps me to reach my goal, to be drug-free, to get rid of bad habits, and to be free forever!
