Mind and Body Recovery in the Sauna!

Before the sauna program, I had a lot of difficulties. I had trouble sleeping, and when I did sleep, I used to have bad dreams. I also had problems with eating; I couldn’t eat more than once a day, and I was very nervous.
But day by day in the sauna, these things started to change. I began sleeping well without bad dreams, started eating more, three to four times a day, and I was no longer nervous, either with myself or with others. I also noticed physical improvements. My skin became clearer, I had more energy throughout the day, and my body started to feel lighter and stronger. The constant tiredness I used to feel began to disappear, and I felt more alive and motivated.
