This Is What Recovery Really Looks Like

G.Dj., Student at Narconon Balkan

My addiction didn’t start with pills. It started with heroin. At first, I thought I could control it. But after some time, heroin became part of my everyday life. When things got worse, I started mixing it with prescription pills and medications just to feel stronger effects or avoid withdrawals. That combination completely destroyed me. I lost trust from my family, stopped caring about myself and became trapped in a cycle where every day was only about drugs and pills. I was physically exhausted, mentally broken and emotionally empty. There were moments when I honestly believed there was no way out.

Then I came to Narconon Balkan.

For the first time in years, I felt hope again. The program helped me detox, regain clarity and slowly rebuild myself step by step. It wasn’t easy, but every day I started feeling stronger, healthier and more in control of my life.

Today I live drug-free.
No heroin. No pills. No lies.

“Narconon Balkan gave me the chance to start over and become the person I thought I had lost forever.”

Narconon Balkan gave me the chance to start over and become the person I thought I had lost forever. A huge thank you from me and my family to Narconon Balkan for showing me that I can live another way of life.
