Now I Enjoy Every Moment

Since I started with the Objectives exercises I’ve noticed a lot of changes and gains about myself and also about how I perceive and act on things around me. First, when I started with the first exercise I was feeling a little nervous and impatient, and also sometimes I was feeling a little down. But then I continued and I’ve felt how my perceptions are getting a lot better than before, and I’ve noticed very good changes in the way I react to things and also the way I do things.

I started to feel that I have more control over myself and my surroundings, and I started to enjoy things that I do, which wasn’t the case before in my life.

Now I enjoy every moment, and I’m more located in my environment, and I live in the present time. Also I feel more sensitive and aware of myself and my surroundings, and with that awareness comes understanding and compassion, and I don’t get stuck in moments in the past with my thoughts like before, I can enjoy every passing moment now, I’m with positive thoughts for the future, and now I can do the things that I wanted to do in my life, to enjoy and to have a happy life.
