This Program Showed Me Who I Truly Am

The New Life Detoxification is a step completed early in the Narconon drug rehabilitation program. It combines time in a sauna with nutritional supplements and exercise to flush out old, stored toxins left behind after drug or alcohol use. These toxins have proven to have a damaging effect on a former drug user’s mood and outlook. When all the residues have been eliminated, many people say their outlooks are brighter, their perceptions are clearer and their cravings have reduced. Here’s the story from one person who completed this step.

At the beginning of the New Life Detoxification, I was experiencing a lot of negative thoughts. All the time, I was thinking how could I finish this detoxification step as fast as possible? I wasn’t thinking about what I could benefit from it.

Day by day, this detox wasn’t easy but I soon began to notice so many good changes. I started to sleep well the whole night through and enjoy the food I was eating. When I was running, I would enjoy the wind blowing on my face. Even my vision was improving. I could see better even when I wasn’t wearing my glasses.

Every day when I finished my time in the sauna, I felt better and better. I started gaining weight. I began to feel more “fresh” and more beautiful. My awareness was improving and I started to believe in myself more each day.

At one point when I was detoxing a lot of residues from old drugs I had used, it was pretty hard to tolerate. I thought to myself, “This is very good because I’m getting all of these toxins out of my body.” Sure enough, the next day I felt amazing.

Even my ability to smell and taste food was coming back. It was amazing.

At the beginning of this step, I didn’t have confidence in myself. I’d say to myself, “I can’t do it.” “I can’t make it through.” But now I feel stronger, more powerful and able to finish this fight till the end. All the negative thoughts are gone. Now there is only positivity.

The New Life Detoxification showed me who I truly am, what I am capable of doing and how strong I am. This program changed my life. It saved me. The Narconon Program changed my life 100%.

I now live in a much better way. It’s a new me with a new life and all that is thanks to NARCONON BALKAN.
