Very Prepared

I thought life was easy to live, but it is a challenge to survive. I say this is because one little loss of attention to your decisions can become a rollercoaster ride with only one downfall.

Today, I understood the importance of always being present at every moment. I felt it while doing the objective drills, when I didn’t put attention and my mind fully on the present. My mind was dancing with the bad music of the past. I got strange particles but not full images. I was a little bit confused because I didn’t get the full images. Then I came into the realization that when you are fully concentrated on an action you take or on a person you face, you put your brain into functioning to get information on what you face. If I was fully concentrated and really listening and seeing a situation, my brain would make really clear pictures of what was happening in order for me to really understand what was going on. I lost this shell of a brain, and it was hard for me to be attentive and in the present because I was always out of space and couldn’t really understand my surroundings.

Now I'm learning what I will do from now on. I am prepared to always be present for things I see or people I meet.
