I’ve Gained Self-Confidence and Self-Control

 

From the communication drills, I have a lot of wins and I’ve gained abilities that are important in life. I can feel in everyday life that my communication is improved. Another great win is that now I understand how the mind works, I understand how I react and why I react that way. That is a really important realization for me.

I’ve noticed that I have started to change my point of view, I see the things from a different angle now and I really like it. I start to be the person that I was a long time ago and even better than that. For me, it is strange, crazy and great at the same time and I want to continue like that.

With the help of the drills, I’ve gained a lot of self-confidence and self-control. While preparing for the next step of the program I have amazing improvements for such a short period of time, It is unbelievable because I’ve never thought that I can achieve these things. I am excited, prepared and motived for about what will come next.
