The world around me started to be more real. My eyesight is getting better. Before, when I was looking far away I couldn’t see well, everything was blurry. Now I can see clearly.
First Step, Big Win
I just completed the sauna, and the first thing I want to say is that I’m very happy for myself. I feel very clean. I’ve started to observe things more closely and from different perspectives.
Finding Enjoyment in Life
By doing the training drills, I improved my memory, became more patient, and now I enjoy everything I do.
The Life I Was Living Before Is Now Just a Distant Memory
The life I was living before is a distant memory. It just feels like a dream. Physically, I am in the best condition I have been in years, I can see much more clearly and I am more active and feel more vital. Mentally, I can now think clearly. I can concentrate better and now I am more aware in all situations.
