Before I started the Objectives I was a completely different person and I never thought I’d experience so much progress and so many positive changes in such a short period of time—but I did. My wins from Objectives are huge. First of all, I acquired patience.
My Biggest Win: “Not Afraid to Look Him in the Eyes”
The drill Confronting was a little strange at the beginning. But with each day that passed, my opinion of it changed: first it looked a little scary, I didn’t think I could do it, and after I had completed the drill, it gave me more self-respect.
