The Problem Was in Me!
In recent days, I realized something and felt something that I have been avoiding for the longest time. Whenever my parents have tried to say something about my addiction, I would feel offended because I think that it’s my problem and it only affects me, so why should they care?
We Are How We Treat Others
When I look back at the groups I used to be involved in, I realized how things really were. I used to see unethical activities and I would get influenced by them and join in. I would find myself involved when it wasn’t necessary. I did this because I wanted to see others doing better than they were.
My Biggest Win: “Not Afraid to Look Him in the Eyes”
The drill Confronting was a little strange at the beginning. But with each day that passed, my opinion of it changed: first it looked a little scary, I didn’t think I could do it, and after I had completed the drill, it gave me more self-respect.
