NARCONON BALKAN
Rehabilitation was the beginning. Recovery was the result.
Today, I see someone completely different. I see confidence instead of fear. I see goals instead of excuses. I see hope instead of despair. Most importantly, I see my child living again, not simply surviving. The person I thought addiction had taken from us forever is back, stronger than ever before.
This Is What Recovery Really Looks Like
My addiction didn’t start with pills. It started with heroin. At first, I thought I could control it. But after some time, heroin became part of my everyday life. When things got worse, I started mixing it with prescription pills and medications just to feel stronger effects or avoid withdrawals.
True Success
I do not claim to be perfect, but I am committed to this new direction in my life. That is my true success. Narconon Balkan, thank you so much for changing me and making my family proud of me again!
A New Beginning at Narconon
Now I have started working again, step by step. I help other students and try to contribute to the good survival of the group by accepting advice and applying what I learn. For all of this, I am grateful to this group. Thank you, Narconon Balkan!
From Lost to Present – My Real Transformation
I walked in confused and doubtful. I walked out stronger, present, and truly connected with myself and others.
3 Months After Narconon
A woman admitting to having an addiction and getting help is a stigma, especially in the Balkans. It’s very rare. How I talk, how I act, how I look, how I carry a conversation—all that has changed so much in me that my past didn’t leave a trace that it had ever existed.
I Found MYSELF!
I feel relaxed, calm, and ready to move forward. I’m honest with myself and grateful to everyone who helped me on this path.
Choose the Raw Bricks
The dream of a young boy turned into a nightmare of a grown man, paranoia, conflicts, lives loss, pain and suffering in family. I have gone far from everything good in my life, even emotions, even thoughts, the spiral become smaller and smaller and everybody and anything connected to me got affected.
Groups Are Life
A group is two or more people joined for the same purpose. In life, we participate in many groups, from family when we are born and all through life. This is my story about groups.
Enjoying a Productive and Drug Free Life
I came to do the program at Narconon Balkan in order to solve my drug addiction and I’ve became a full functioning person. I’ve started to love myself again, but what is more important is that I found myself.
