During the Personal Values course, I wrote down my harmful actions, which is not that easy as it sounds. I had to go back and look at my life and describe the actions I did. And, while doing this, I could see clearly what actions pulled me down and what actions lifted me up.

Starting a drug-free life is one of the best experiences one can have. I call it a gift from myself to myself, since I started to get to know myself and everything around me like never before. While I was addicted to drugs I couldn’t perceive reality the way it was.
